The process
INDIGO has been a defining name in Budapest’s Indian dining scene for nearly 20 years. In 2024, the team approached us to develop the brand identity, interior concept, and market launch of their new street-food concept, Indigo Express.
Inspired by the contrasts of modern Indian megacities, we created a contemporary, dynamic brand that reflects India’s vibrant colors while avoiding cultural clichés.
The interior concept continues this vision through bold yet natural materials, strong color contrasts, and a fusion of traditional Indian motifs with modern geometric forms.
Completing the experience, Indigo Express’s online presence communicates more than food: it positions the brand as a modern Indian street-food chain that reinterprets tradition and brings the energy of India’s streets into the rhythm of Budapest.
